Arlene and Michelle are a mother and daughter team.

Arlene Pinheiro is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in play therapy for children 3-12 yrs. old. She also provides family therapy, couple counseling and parenting coaching. She has 35 years of experience.

Michelle Pinheiro is a licensed Social Worker specializing in play therapy for children 3 - 12 years old as well. She also has an extensive background in substance abuse treatment and individual counseling for teens and adults.


FEES FOR THERAPY SERVICES IN THE OFFICE:    (Play therapy, couple counseling, co-parenting for divorced couples, individual psychotherapy, and family therapy)

Intake session:  $185.00 

All other therapy sessions:  $125.00 

*  Family therapy involving more than 3 participants: $185.00 (90 minutes).

For clients who are self-pay,  fees are paid at the time of service.  Checks, cash and
Visa/MasterCard credit/debit cards are accepted.

INSURANCE: We accept all Aetna products, plus Value Options and Oxford Insurances. A receipt for any other out-of-network insurance program can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

If we are not in network with your plan, payment is expected at the time of service.

Note: Parenting Coaching is not reimbursable through insurance.
